How many people can you accommodate in the different venues?
Villa Antonia can accommodate up to 300 guests. Nature's Point can accommodate up to 250 people and the Vista on Seward's Hill can accommodate up to 175. The Long Center can accommodate weddings or corporate events up to 1500 (see planner).

Please check with the individual venues for the exact count for set-ups for a buffet or seated event.

We would like to have our ceremony and reception at the venues. Is there an additional charge?
No.  Many of our brides choose to have their ceremony as well as their reception on property. Check with the venue or your planner about inclement weather plans. Your sales associate will be happy to discuss these options with you.

What does the facility rental include?
This varies from venue to venue. For example, some facility fees cover a five-hour time block, either daytime or evening.  Please check with your planner about the individual venues.

What can Sterling Affairs provide?
The following information refers to weddings at the following venues: Nature's Point, Villa Antonia, Vista on Seward's Hill, The Long Center and venues that allow outside caterers.

Sterling Affairs can provide the wedding reception of your choice (hors d'oeuvre, buffet or plated meal), non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea, ice water, sparkling punch), bar packages, white china, house linens, linen napkins, glassware, flatware, tables, chairs for dinner seating, ceremony chairs, menu & planning services, setup, cleanup and insurance. Wedding cake cutting is provided at no additional cost.

Social & Coporate events at these venues do not include punch, ceremony chairs or cake cutting.

We have a separate menu for cater out functions. Please contact your sales associate for a copy.

What color linens are your "house" linens?
We have drapes in black or white. We have three choices of overlays and napkins: black, white or cream.

What kind of tables and amenities do you provide?
Some venues have an inventory of tables and chairs. See your sales associate for a complete list of inventory.

Do you offer any decorations?
Our packages include a mirror round and three votives per table. We offer some additional decoration options. Please see your sales associate for information.

What can we use for decorations and/or farewell items?
Please check with the individual venues. No tape, tacks, push pins, nails, etc., may be used on the floors, walls, or chairs. Most properties allow only silk flower petals or fresh pastel colored petals for wedding farewells (no red or dark colored petals allowed). Birdseed, silly string, dark rose petals or sparklers are not allowed.

I am having a band at my reception. They are asking for a stage. Do you have one or are we responsible for finding a stage?
Individual venues would need to be contracted about the availability stage rental -your sales associate can help you with this.

Do you have suggested vendors I can contact?
We have a list of preferred vendors you are welcome to use. These are vendors that are familiar with us and are reliable.

Do you offer options for Bridal Parties?
We certainly do! Please see your event planner for pricing on Bridal Brunches, Luncheons, or Rehearsal Dinners.
